Welcome all!!

Just a quick note to welcome those of you who wish to read my reflections and observations concerning what I'm learning at the present.  I will try my hardest to not ramble and bore those who take the time to check in.  I hope that I am able to effectively portray my thoughts and ideas and welcome any and all feedback.

For those who are unaware, this blog is intended to be used for a course that has to deal with, among other things, meditation and how it can aid in achieving a not only a better state of mind but an increased sense of wellness as well in other words, the mind-body connection. To my classmates, let's get this party started and good luck in the term!

  1. Marlyn,

I like that name Mama Black Belt!

You sound very high spirited and enthusiastic about life in general. I feel I will need to practice more in relaxation techniques because I have a hard time relaxing, not thinking or worrying about something. If I am not outwardly hyper, then it tends to shift inwardly, and i am realizing this is definetly not good for the mind, body, or spirit. I look forward to getting suggestions from classmates, and hearing about their experiences for happiness, and flourishing.

    1. Hello Haddie,
I thought I would introduce myself to you again the connection trying to reach some other from our class so I wrote there names down and will try another way.

"Loving Kindness" this weeks blog was very fantastic,I enjoyed it too the uttermost. Learning technique to breathe and learning to tame your mind is going to be great, life has it's challenges doing this daily you are sure to win and be a role model. Learning this is 'loving kindness', the key to fulfill and definitely a spiritual journey of healing.
